I had the opportunity and the honor to be a panelist for the Speaker Talent Search in Los Angeles. The quality of the speakers who participated was very high and I am happy to be able to extend the opportunity to many of them to be interviewed on my podcast or speak at one of my live events. Rebecca’s speaker talent search is a program that speakers and potential speakers cannot afford to miss. I have been on both sides of the auditions as a panel member and as a speaker auditioning. The quality of the speakers she puts in front of the panels are stellar. I was able to fill my entire year with speakers my audiences wanted to hear. For me personally, I have received offers to speak on a multitude of stages, radio shows, television shows, and telesummits to name a few. While I thought I had offers down cold, having taken the Offers That Serve workshop, I definitely learned many aspects of offers that I was not aware of. Having crafted and then practiced my paid offer with this class of powerful, intuitive women, I now had an offer that was compelling and yet, heart and service based. I had the opportunity to give the offer at the end of a presentation I was doing. My expectations of attracting my target market and thus the women I served, was slim. However, not only did a member of my tribe attend, she also heard my offer bought books for her team and signed up for a custom 6 month Mastermind program on The Art of Herding Cats for herself and her team. She was so excited that she introduced me to her upline to schedule me for their conference calls and retreats. When your offers serve, the results are unbelievable.

Rebecca is a true role model for offering what’s valuable in a way that increases confidence in the listener. She walks her talk and has really given me a lot more confidence in my ability to make my value seen and heard and received.

Offers That Serve was a transformational event for me. Before the event, I got very nervous and couldn’t think clearly about my offer. What I loved and benefited from the speaker program is how Rebecca invites us to see many detailed parts of the whole. I had a connection at deeper levels in several parts. I had an “aha” around my speaker brand. Before the class, I would have only branded myself as a healer with plants on stage. During the class, I realized people were responding well to my talking about my kitty; that I’d have to to have a picture of her. It was so well received that I’m going to brand myself with plants and my cat!

I am sort of a speaker trainer ‘junkie.’ I found Rebecca’s Maximize Your Stage Time training to be unique.  She helped me tell my story in a way that is deeply authentic and different then I have ever told it before.

This training had so much juice! Rebecca created a sense of supportive community that made us all feel so safe. I felt stretched and I felt safe! That safety in the stretching allowed me to absorb and learn and grow. Thank you so so much.
